Considered and approved Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 33 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. The statutory auditors have submitted an unmodified Audit Report on Audited Financial Results.
