Closure of Trading Window as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 Circular no. LIST /COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 - Clarification regarding trading restriction period and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment)Regulations, 2019. the delay in filing is happen due to some unavoidable circumstances but the trading window is closed from 1 st April 2022. No trading is done by any concerned person between the said period. So we request the exchange to condone our delay.
