The Board Meeting to be held on 08/11/2023 has been revised to 09/11/2023 With reference to our earlier intimation dated September 30, 2023 regarding intimation of Board Meeting, we hereby inform that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled for Wednesday, November 08, 2023 is postponed and re-scheduled to Thursday, November 09, 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023. Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading ('Code'), the Trading Window for dealing in Company's securities shall continue to remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees including their immediate relatives till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023.
