LGB Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter / Nine Months ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby communicated that the trading Window for dealing in the Companys Securities shall remain closed from January 19, 2015 till 24 hours after results are made public on January 30, 2015, for all the directors / officers / designated employees of the Company.
