LGB Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Sri. R. Ponmanikandan has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from October 29, 2015.
