LGB Forge Ltd has informed BSE about the details of the key managerial personnel (KMP's) authorized by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on October 29, 2015 to determine and disclose to the Stock Exchanges the materiality of events / information, pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR>
