Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulation,2015 as amended from time to time, we would like to inform that the Company has applied for the allotment of Leasehold Land admeasuring 60000 sq.mtr. in Additional Butibori Industrial Area - Nagpur for setting up of Manufacturing Plant for which the Company has filed necessary application with authorities of Additional Butibori Industrial Area - Nagpur.
