With reference to earlier intimation in connection with the adoption of Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Half year / Quarter Ended September 30, 2014, LG Balakrishnan and Bros Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board may consider inter alia the proposal for the payment of Interim dividend for the financial year 2014-15 in the ensuing Board meeting to be held on November 06, 2014.
