As per Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for all insiders (including Designated persons) from April 1, 2024 till end of 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024.
