Libord Finance Ltd - Announcement Under Regulation 30 (LODR) - Update

We wish to inform you that Libord Advisors Private Limited (LAPL) has ceased to be an Associate Company of Libord Finance Limited (LFL) during the Financial Year 2024-25 as per the details given in the attached letter. Accordingly, the Share of Profit or Loss of LAPL shall not be considered for consolidation in the Financial Statements of the Company from the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2024.
