This is to inform you that as per Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from October 1, 2024 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024.
