LIBORD SECURITIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from April 1, 2023 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2023.
