This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 14th February 2023, has considered and approved the un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2022. The un-audited financial results and Limited audit review report thereon as submitted by the Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith. <BR> <BR> Further, in terms of Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Auditors have given an unmodified opinion on the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2022. <BR> Lime Chemicals Ltd
