Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by the Designated Persons shall be closed with effect from October 01, 2024 till 48 hours of approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September 2024. The date of Board Meeting to approve unaudited financial results shall be intimated separately.
