LIPPI SYSTEMS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and trading restrictions placed by the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons ('The Code'), we wish to inform that window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st January, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2022 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2022 will be intimated in due course. Kindly take the note the same.
