Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following items:<BR><BR>- Re-designated Mr. Bharat Raj Punj, Executive Director of the Company as Deputy Managing Director with immediate effect.
