Longview Tea Company Ltd has informed BSE that Shri S. Krishan Company Secretary has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from October 15, 2014 as he was also a compliance officer and therefore, Shri. Sourabh Agrawal, chief financial officer has been appointed compliance officer.
