Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 05, 2024 has approved the appointment of M/s. Nandaniya Joshi & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25.
