Lorenzini Apparels Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provision of the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Ammendment) Regulations 2018 and further clarification issued by stock exchange in this regard and insider trading policy adopted by the company (as ammended), we wish to inform you that the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the company i.e. Lorenzini Apparels Limited shall remain closed for insiders with effect from 1st July 2024 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial result for the quarter ended as on 30th June 2024.
