The meeting examined these statements of accounts and passed the following resolution: - "RESOLVED THAT the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss A/c for the period ending 31.03.2024 as placed before this meeting and initialed by the chairman for the purpose of identification be and are hereby approved. RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Directors be and are hereby authorized to sign the Balance sheet and Profit & Loss A/c, for and on behalf of Board of Directors of the company for submission to the auditors for their report thereon."
