LT FOODS LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

LT Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 1.5/- per share for the year 2015-16 subject to approval of the shareholders.<BR><BR>2. Resignation of Mr. Som Nath Chopra from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Ashwani Kumar Arora, CEO of the Company will take care of roles and responsibilities of the Finance function for the time being.
