LT Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2019, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Re. 0.15 per equity share of lace value of Re. 1/- each lor the year ended March 31, 2019 subject to shareholders approval in the ensuing Annual General meeting of the Company.
