Lupin Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2015, inter alia, has appointed Mr. Jean-Luc Belingard, as Independent Director, for a period of five years, effective October 27, 2015 and Mr. Ramesh Swaminathan, Chief Financial Officer, as Director for a period of five years, effective October 27, 2015.
