This has reference to the intimation dated April 06, 2024, concerning the Proceedings of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on September 04th, 2023. There has been an inadvertent delay in submission of proceedings of Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 04th, 2023. The Company submitted the proceedings of AGM within 26 hours, instead of 12 hours. We are resubmitting the proceedings along with clarification regarding delay in submission.
