We would like to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing/ trading in securities of the Company for all Directors, Promoters and Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives including representatives of Statutory Auditors of the Company shall remain closed with effect from closing hours of March 31, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2024.
