We would like to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing/trading in securities of the Company for all Directors, Promoters and Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives including representative of Statutory Auditors of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Closing hours of June 30, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial results of the Company for the first quarter and three months ending on June 30, 2024.
