MADHUSUDAN INDUSTRIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby informed that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Company's Securities shall remain closed from 8th May, 2017 to the date of Board Meeting i.e. 25th May, 2017 and 48 hours thereafter, for the promoters, directors, senior managerial personnel and other connected persons of the Company and the Trading Window will reopen on 28th May, 2017.
