This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the company will remain close for all Directors, officers, Designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives with effect from Tuesday, October 1st 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the company for the second quarter and half year ended on September 30,2024.
