Magma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution by circulation on or after February 17, 2016 shall consider early redemption of 2250 Nos. of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having a face value of Rs. 10 lac each at the request of the debenture holders.
