Magma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 27, 2015 to August 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 01, 2015.<BR><BR>The Dividend to be declared at the AGM shall be paid / dispatched on or before August 30, 2015.
