Magma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Girish Bhatia ceased to be the Company Secretary (CS) of the Company upon his attaining age of superannuation with effect from close of business hours of September 06, 2014.<br/><br/>Mr. Kailash Baheti presently designated as Chief Strategy Officer of the Company is appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company and Compliance Officer for Stock Exchange purpose in addition to his present responsibilities as Chief Strategy Officer with effect from September 07, 2014.
