Magnum Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2015, has discussed and took note of resignation of Mr. Bikash Narayan Mishra as Nominee Director of the Company, vide his resignation letter dated June 20, 2015.
