This is to inform you that pursuant to Company''s Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ending on March 31, 2023 for Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and insiders of the Company.
