Mahaan Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the "Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive information (Code of Fair Disclosure) and "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Tradingh as per the requirement of the regulations.
