Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd has informed BSE that the following changes have taken place on the Board of the Company:<BR><BR>1. Smt. Simmi R. Nakra, DDG, DoT has ceased to be the Government Nominee Director on the Board of MTNL w.e.f. April 12, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Smt. Tiakala Lynda Yaden, DDG (Accounts), DoT has been appointed as the Government Nominee Director on the Board of MTNL w.e.f. May 19, 2016.
