In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended read with company''s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for all the "Designated Persons" of the company from Monday, July 01, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
