In terms of Regulation 57(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby confirm that the company has not issued and has no non-convertible preference shares, NCD''s/Bonds or any other non-convertible securities during the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Therefore, the provision in terms of regulation 57(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to our company.
