Notice of the Board Meeting<BR> Notice pursuant to regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR), Regulation, 2015, be and is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, February 08, 2018, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited financial results of the company for quarter ending December 31, 2017.<BR> <BR> Closure of the Trading Window:<BR> As per "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" in Shares of the Company ("Code"), the trading window will remain closed from January 29, 2018 to February 08, 2018 (both days Inclusive) in connection with the announcement of the Un-audited financial results of the company for quarter ending December 31, 2017 for Directors and other employees of the Company covered under the Code.
