With reference to the letter dated May 29, 2015 wherein it was intimated that Mr. Bharat Doshi, Non-Executive Director of the Company, would relinquish his position as a Director of the Company, with effect from the conclusion of the 69th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 07, 2015, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. Bharat Doshi ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the 69th Annual General Meeting held on August 07, 2015.
