With reference to the earlier Announcement dated October 21, 2015, regarding Financial Results for Sept 30, 2015 (Q2 Results) Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that there was a typographical error in the date of the Limited Review Report on Standalone Financial Results for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2015 and the Auditors Report on Consolidated Year to Date Results of the Company signed by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The signing date of the aforesaid Reports has been inadvertently mentioned as 21st October, 2014 instead of "21st October, 2015.<BR><BR>Now the Company has re-submitted corrected copies of the aforesaid Reports along with copies of the Financial Results and Press Release.
