Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, the Company has formulated a Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and a Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, in accordance with Regulations 8 and 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
