MAHINDRA and MAHINDRA FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2014, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.80 per share on equity share of Rs. 2/- each. The dividend will absorb a sum of Rs. 25157.82 lacs (including dividend distribution tax).
