Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 4/- per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 2 each to the shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on July 22, 2016 at 3.30 p.m.<BR><BR>The Dividend on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2016, as recommended by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 23, 2016 and as may be declared at the ensuing AGM to be held on July 22, 2016, will be credited/dispatched on or after July 25, 2016.
