Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 24, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company and the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Trading Window Closure:<BR><BR>In accordance with the Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (MMFSL), the Trading Window shall remain closed for trading in MMFSL Securities from January 01, 2017 to January 26, 2017, i.e. from the first day of the month following the quarter till 48 (Forty-eight) hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting.
