MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In accordance with the Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (MMFSL), the Trading Window shall remain closed for trading in MMFSL Securities from 1st October, 2017 to 27th October, 2017, i.e. from the first day of the month following the quarter till 48 (Forty-eight) hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting.<BR> <BR>
