With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that Icarus Hybren Private Limited ('Icarus') has been incorporated in Mumbai, Maharashtra on 30th May, 2023 as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Mahindra Susten Private Limited ('MSPL'), which is a subsidiary of Mahindra Holdings Limited, which in turn is a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 are given in Annexure A to the attached letter.
