Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, <BR>has approved the request of Mr. Bharat Doshi, Non-Executive Director of the Company, to relinquish his position as a Director of the Company, with effect from the conclusion of the 69th Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on August 07, 2015.
