Mahindra EPC Irrigation Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

With reference to the above cited subject, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of Mahindra EPC Irrigation Limited ('the company') will be closed with effect from Friday, 1st January, 2021 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, circulars issued by the stock exchanges and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insider.<BR> <BR> The Trading Window shall remain closed until the second trading day after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending 31st December, 2020.
