We wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Mr. Diwakar Gupta, as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, for a period of five years effective from December 1, 2020, subject to approval of the Shareholders.<BR> <BR> The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ['SEBI Listing Regulations'] read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/ CMD/ 4/ 2015 dated September 09, 2015, are given as Annexure A.
