Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 22, 2014, inter alia, have recommended dividend of Rs. 6/- (Rupees Six only) per equity share of Rs. 10 each (i.e. 60%) on 40,848,350 Equity Shares.
